Cancellation and refund policies
Take into consideration that at the time of booking with an advance you are accepting the following clauses.

Mezcal Tour Company in Oaxaca Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and we want to make sure that you have a positive experience with our mezcal tours. Therefore, we have a flexible cancellation policy in place.

Cancellation Policy for Individual Tours

• For cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date, a full refund will be issued.

• For cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy for Group Tours

• For cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date, a full refund will be issued.

• For cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that rescheduling is not always possible.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your tour, no refund will be issued.

Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, we may cancel or reschedule tours. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, you will be issued a full refund.

Additional Terms and Conditions
